Exchanges & Refunds
We request that you carefully choose your products carefully for the interest of hygiene we are unable to return or exchange for change of mind. We will be happy to assist you prior to purchase with any enquiries about our products.

We make every effort to replicate the colorways of our products to the best of our abilities. However, please note that factors such as lighting, settings, and individual monitor variations may affect the perceived color accuracy. We encourage you to contact us before placing your order to confirm colors, shades, and any other details.

Please note we are unable to change or cancel an order once an order has been placed by the customer.

Damages & Issues
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery of your order. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and the original packing slip you received with your order.

A replacement will be considered upon review if the item is found to be damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if, upon inspection, the damage is determined to be caused by improper use, such as the use of pins, steamers, or other non-manufacturer issues.
