Fulfilment
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow up 3-4 business days for all orders made on launch night/week.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we can not offer reimbursement for this package.

Shipping confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email/text once your order has shipped including your tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Wasilla Wear is not responsible for any additional fees charged from international customs or post office bills.
Damages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
